Each batch is lovingly handcrafted, just for you, so please allow for 4-5 business days for tea creation prior to shipping.  

There may be occasional shortages on a stocked item, due to seasonal factors affecting harvest and supply of your organic tea. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you and find the right solution for you. Thankyou for your patience and understanding.
